Did you hear the exciting news? Next month, ICU students are hosting a prom night, and you’re invited! ICU FRIENDS, the student circle behind this event, is all about bringing ICU students closer together to create a connected and social campus life through fun activities and events.
So far, we have been hosting monthly “movie nights” at Wisteria Hall, featuring crowd-favorite films like Howl’s Moving Castle, Shrek, and The Grinch. But this February, they are turning things up a notch! Mark your calendars for February 15 and join ICU FRIENDS’ first all-school prom! Whether you’re an April or September student, dorm or non-dorm, everyone’s welcome to join in on the fun!
For those who are unfamiliar with prom, a prom is a formal dance party—a night of music, dancing, and making memories with friends, old and new. It’s a chance to dress up, have fun, and create connections!
Here’s everything you need to know:
- When: Feb 15(SAT) 18:00-21:30
- Venue location: Glade Park Shinjuku 〒160-0023 Tokyo, Shinjuku City, Nishishinjuku, 6 Chome−6−2, Shinjuku Kokusai Building, B1 Floor
- Theme: Tokyo Under the Stars
- Dress code: Formal or Semi-Formal attire
- What NOT to wear:
- Casual wear such as jeans, hoodies, or flip-flops
- Clothing with offensive language or graphics
- Price: ￥1800

ICU FRIENDSは、4月生と9月生との壁を壊すことを目的に設立されたサークルです！イベントを通してICU生の距離感を縮め、ICU生の大学生活をより豊かに過ごせるように全力でサポートしています。去年から活動を始め、最近では「ムービーナイト」という、ウェステリアホールで映画鑑賞会をするイベントを複数回実施していました。
そのICU FRIENDSが、ICUのすべての学生が参加できる初の全校プロムを開催します！「夜空の下の東京」というテーマで、新宿で開催します！詳しくは以下をご参照ください。

ドレスコード：フォーマル・セミフォーマル ＊カジュアルな服装（ジーンズ、サンダル、パーカー）や、攻撃的な文言や画像を含む服装での来場はご遠慮ください

プロムとはフォーマルなダンスパーティーのことです。主にアメリカ全国の高校で行われる一大イベントで、音楽やダンスを楽しみながら、旧友や新しい友達と素敵な思い出を作る夜です。おしゃれをして、楽しい時間を過ごし、新しいつながりを作るチャンスです！
