ICU Time Travelers

　こんにちは、ICU Time Travelersです！私たちは、「過去の歴史から未来の社会を考える学生団体」をモットーに、アメリカ合衆国バーモンド州のミドルベリー大学と、カリフォルニア州のミドルベリー国際大学院モントレー校の学生達と共に、日系アメリカ人の強制収容の歴史について探索しています。具体的には、①強制収容に関する一次資料の翻訳と提供（英語⇔日本語）、②団体内での勉強会、③対外に対する情報発信（ウェブサイトやSNSの運用）を行っています。活動は基本的にオンラインで行う予定ですが、パンデミックの状況次第では、オフ会の開催、日本国内の資料館や博物館への訪問も検討しています。また、出来上がった翻訳物は、私たちが運営するウェブサイト・資料を提供いただいたアメリカの団体・博物館などに実際に掲載されます！2021年4月に設立されたばかりの団体なので、新メンバーを随時募集しています。多様性豊かな社会形成の為にできることを共に考えてみませんか？ご連絡お待ちしております！

　Thank you for your interest! “ICU Time Travelers” is a student organization exploring the history of Japanese American internment during World War Ⅱ. To be specific, we are translating the primary sources of Japanese American internment provided by organizations and museums located in the United States, with students and professors in Middlebury College (US, Vermont) and Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (US, California). Our translation work will be posted on our website and provided to the organizations and museums we are working with. Besides the translation activity, we are also planning to hold study meetings among our members and spread our insights to others.
